Introduction

This webpage contains several simple programs created in .NET framework along with source codes. They are tiny applications with their code usually fitting one monitor screen.

All of these tools can be run with command line parameters. It usually runs the program with no user interface and performs the action without the need of interaction from user. This can be very useful for scripting.

For developers

You may or may not find these programs useful. But as there is a source code attached they should help those who are trying to program similar functionality in .NET to get started.

.NET framework is the part of Windows operating system and contains lot of interesting functionality. It is usually very simple to create some advanced function like sending e-mails or making your computer speak. You only need an idea and then search the web.

And this is where this site should step in. It should provide the resource for you to find and consult.

Every page contains detailed information about the program as well as snippet of the most important part of the code written in C#. The actual programming language here is not important as it is mostly a showoff of .NET class usage. So it will be useful even if you use for example Visual Basic, C++ or J++ for .NET. In the download package there is the whole Visual Studio project off course.
